Nilesh Balki

Prof. Nilesh Balki is an Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department at MPSTME. He actively fosters student engagement through various extracurricular initiatives and currently serves as the head of Club Vaayusatra. He is also a faculty advisor to Team AeroXperts, offering academic mentorship and logistical support.
He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Renewable Energy Sources, with research focused on Solar Air Heater. He teaches core courses such as Fluid Mechanics, Renewable Energy Sources, Thermodynamics , and has mentored numerous final-year projects with several student research papers currently underway.
In addition to academic responsibilities, Prof. Balki contributes to curriculum development and student support, playing a key role in enhancing the department’s academic and co-curricular environment.
